The Bal Harbour Fitness Center is professionally staffed, and fully equipped. Complimentary classes are offered several times a week. A Pilates room is outfitted with two reformers. Spa services include separate men’s and ladies’ saunas, steam rooms, and hydra-therapy pools. Full service spa treatments from manicures to massages to facials are available upon reservation. A dedicated beauty salon room and private massage rooms are available.

POOL & BEACH CLUB

Private attendants ensure service throughout the BHT Beach Club, setting beach lounges and servicing residents at the Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi-hot tub, or private cabanas. There are men’s and women’s changing rooms poolside. The beach is directly and easily accessed at the secure eastern ocean gate. BHT offers seasonal weekend poolside grille lunch service at the beach & Pool Café.

LIGHTED TENNIS COURT

The landscaped Bal Harbour Village fitness walk at the Ocean Gate has a track for bikes. There is a private, lighted tennis court, with a gazebo seating for pre-and post-game relaxation.

THE PARTY ROOM

The 2500 sq. feet party room has direct views of both pool and ocean, offering offers residents a dedicated social space that can easily seat 100 guests and includes a built in bar and kitchen. The Party Room hosts residents’ gatherings frequently. Open to all residents and their guests, the Book Group meets monthly. Movie Nights are hosted monthly. Bridge takes place weekly, in season.

Parties are scheduled for residents throughout the year, celebrating all major holidays, with many additional social events planned.
