Although the towers mirror each other and the sizes of common area rooms are the same in both towers and the both share the Master common areas, the interiors of each tower have unique design differences throughout. The Blue Diamond is the tower located on the North side of the community. Each separate Association is governed by its own Board of Directors whom are elected by the majority of their Unit Owners during annual elections. Two Board Members from the Blue Diamond and two Board Members from the Green Diamond govern the Master Association. Each Association is managed by its own Management Team from FirstService Residential. Board Members and Management Teams from both Associations work cooperatively to ensure that the entire community is united and that it maintains the highest possible standards.
